PHILIPSBURG - "The recent stabbing of a student on a schools bus is thought to have been a bigger problem than we initially thought and have deep root in our social makeup", echoed Minister responsible for Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Dr Rhoda Arrindell.

In addressing that subject at the weekly Council of Ministers press conference on Wednesday, the Minister also addressed the subject of the need for proper maintenance at our public schools.
