PHILIPSBURG - Prime Minister of St. Maarten, Sarah W Williams confirmed on Wednesday morning that she has received a letter from the Finance Minister of Curacao, George Jamaloodin concerning the authorized issued bond by the joint Central Bank of St. Maarten and Curacao, to St. Maarten for the expansion of the harbor.
