Opposition leader requests copies of all objections filed against the ring road project in Philipsburg

PHILIPSBURG - On Monday, June 22nd, Council lady Wescot-Williams on behalf of the Democratic Party faction in the island council requested the Lt. Governor to provide her with all objections filed against the ring road project in Philipsburg.

Recently, it was reported that an environmental organization had filed a 5-page objection against this project and seemingly there are several other objections against this project as well.

Is this Hilarius comedy or what? Andrew Dick should seek out Sarah now that she

The DP government with
Theo under her watch introduced the ring road project. This ring road project
with 10 roundabouts was known to her since last year.Now she wants to question
it? People like Sarah take the SXM people for fools.
Why did she herself not
provide the transparency on it when the environmental groups asked? So far,
PRIDE,EPIC, and the Monument Foundation filed objections.

Can someone please tell me if this woman is losing her mind now, or is she
trying to get back at Theo (with the making sure that local boys get jobs
comment), was she not part of the RULING GOVERNMENT??? Oh lawd Sarah please give
us a break and try to come with something else, seems like you do not know how
to represent the people from the opposition benches (ask William and Co how to
do that,LOL), seeing that you have been in there for TEN long years doing nada

As far as I can recall, this project was in the works during the period that
S.W.W. was in power.
As far as I can recall, S.W.W. was commissioner of Labor
after it was stripped from L.L.
Why didn't you produce the figures at that
time in order for us to see the impact on the local labor market?
Maybe I
should look at it from a different angle.
Isn't an in-law of S.W.W. the owner
of a major construction company that hires predominantly foreign labor?
Isn't
that same person in business with the now leader of government's son?
Stop
trying to fool the people with nonsense.
Yes you have a job to do as the
opposition and request info. I'm in full agreement.

never for this project. Just Theo bullying his way. It's one of the reasons he
jumped ship. In the next few months you will CLEARLY see more reasons. Right now
he has the national alliance by their crotch. He will get his way because he is
king maker. If he does not he will take louie and leave. Alliance people WAKE
UP! You are only the means to an end. Her questions deserve answers. Stop being

Man now all you see the true Sarah now? didn't she brag about all the Round
abouts? If I was William and Theo I would look up all the correspondence on them
and send them to her without any damn answers. Two weeks out of government and
already she asking questions which she should have answered herself for the
people to know. Transperency, well I want to know who is the Commissioner of
Domain Affairs? I hope he can get a list of all names of persons that got
government land in the last two years. Sarah, she daughter, she son and not
forgetting Princess Maria, she husband, she daughter the one in Holland. Man

William release the SOAB report that too is transperency and openness. Have it
