The awards consisted of trophies for the winning schools and medals for all players, coaches and other officials.

The tournament started in October and consisted of 9 teams in the elementary division and 6 teams in the secondary division.

The standings results are as follows:

Elementary schools division:

Methodist Agogic Center - Champion

Dr. Martin Luther King - Sub-Champion

Ruby Labega Primary - 3rd place

Hillside Christian School - 4th place

Secondary schools division

MPC Baves -Champion

St. Maarten Academy -Sub-Champions

Mixed School -3rd Place

Saturday was a very enjoyable day as the schools, parents, family and fans came out to cheer on their favorite teams.

The St. Maarten Little League extends a special thank you to the RBC bank for their continued support of the school tournament. Thank you also to the participating schools and their coaches as well as families and friends.

The tournament will take place again during the latter part of this year.
