PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten - Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (VROMI) were on site during the course of last week guiding the progress of the Chincactus Road Drainage Project on Wednesday during the street leveling for basecourse, which will be followed by pouring of concrete road, offering the area a well-deserved facelift in the early new year.
