This sounds interesting but Alternative Citoyenne has nothing to do with Saint-Martin. Since its creation, this association has clearly shown his final objective : the territorial elections through which Jean Paul Fischer aim at taking the political control of the COM.

Plan A : bring together a vast group of people, all ambitious and self centered, headed by the one who would like to remain president but doesn't have the means to. This would have been possible if Fleming had decided not to be a candidate. Too bad! And considering that Fleming will most likely win the elections with more or less 16 seats like he already did in 2007, Fischer had to think on a plan B.

Plan B : find another leader for the list 'alternative citoyenne' (Franck Viotty?). Knowing that this list cannot win more than 2 or 3 seats in the territorial council, the other key people need to be dispatched on the other lists : 2 or 3 on Alain's, on Jeffry's (like Ketty), on Loulou's (president of the Semsamar), on Daniel's (like Fuentes) and also on Fleming's. Of course, all of those people have to be on an eligible place, which could be bought with Fischer's financial donation.

And this is where Fischer thinks he is smart : by being present in all the groups elected in the territorial council, he can control the president's election and be the one choosing the next president for Saint-Martin.

Hence, if all heads of list are not very careful, none of them will be President and Mister Fischer will be able to continue being the one imposing the policy that brings down Saint-Martin but makes him richer and more influential.

Ok, Fischer will never be a Pope but he doesn't really care since he has a plan to remain the one making the decisions for Saint-Martin without any consideration for its people and its future.

We all know that Fischer has no interest in improving saint-martiners' situation, he rather remains in his back seat and continue his manipulations and insidious strategies for his only personal benefice.
