GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – Next week four Community Based Dialogues sessions are scheduled. In order to continue to engage the community with respect to the development of the National Development Program, the first session for the week is on Monday, May 19 for residents of lower and upper Cul de Sac.
